Cucumber Salad

Healthy side to any meal!
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cabbage (or lettuce)
1/2 cucumber
1/2 red bell pepper
2 green onions
2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley
Dressing:
2 tbsp mayonnaise ( greek yogurt for lighter option)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 black pepper
