Steak bite kabobs

Perfect on the grill, for those who like their beef!
Ingredients:
Steak cut into cubes, marinate in your favorite sauce
Dice up veggies, bell peppers of any color, onion, mushrooms, zucchini, really anything goes.
Adding shrimp or pineapple is also popular!
Cooking:
Get your grill (or oven) to a medium heat. After about 5 minutes, flip carefully. Give it another 3 minutes and check to see if cooked. Once cooked to desired texture, let the kabobs sit for 1-2 minutes to soak up juices from the pan.
